you should have a proper sitting posture ads well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy.
meet your doctor ifd it is not improving.
advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

You can have for yourself if you’re talking about yourself you can also take Iron supplements for three months if you want that’s going to be helpful in maintaining proper supplements into your body we will not have deficiencies yet if you face any kind of a problem kindly check with your doctor and start with necessary supplements other than the ones I’m suggesting
