Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. it could be normal also because as a preparation for lactation usually the ductsffel with milk cause painand further you can seek guidance from your doctor for proper suggestions and follow them accordingly e for the the best benefit and also maintain good hygiene which is helpful it's always important
