Q.

Hi, I am 22 weeks pregnant first time . I feel slight pain while moving one side to another in sleep in the pelvic/anal region. I also feel heaviness when sleeping left side. Is it common or should I consult doctor?

A. well little pain you can feel im pregnancy its normal. try yo rest more.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

A. If the pain is mild and goes away on its own, it's likely nothing to worry about. But any pain along with spotting or heavy bleeding should be reported to your doctor. Seek emergency care if you experience sharp or chronic pain along with faintness, nausea, high fever or chills, or dizziness
