ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. You can try hot fermentation in the area where ever you are getting pain and at the same time you can use a pregnancy support belt relieve the pressure in that area. Use pillows while sleeping and sitting
