Hi, I am 16 weeks pregnant and I have already gained 5 Kgs. Is it too much? What should I do to control weight gain?

A. Hi You can try to avoid sweets, sugar, junk foods , bakery items Include nutritious foods like green vegetables, nuts, Salads , buttermilk, fruits, MILK, PANEER, Egg, in daily recipes.
