Hi, I am 14 weeks pregnant and on and off i have pain in upper stomach or on the sides of stomach. I don't have gall bladder. I had bleeding when I was 9 weeks and doc gave me tablets and injections and i am fine now. but why this sharp pain occurs. is it normal or should I talk to doc

You should talk to your gynaecologist about it if you are getting frequent routine sides of pain and discomfort and also it might be due to gas so avoid gassy and heavy to digest foods and check if after eating some particular food you suffer this pain
