hi how to handle the baby in the fever time didn't loose is weight

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if requiredyou need to consult your doctor and doctor will guide you regarding this thing in a proper manner and later on you can follow the advice gisven by the doctor so better to consult for a proper guidance
