hi hello my 49 days baby boy got a shot of vaccine now he is having a fever with 100.9f temperature already given paracetamol tonic of 5 drops still his temperature is not getting down so I kept wet napkin on his forehead to reduce body heat is it safe to keep like that plz tell what to do now
