Start with the exercise. Do yoga,cycling jogging walk dance gym etc to reduce your weight..
Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat.
Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism.
Have light dinner like veggies soup spring etc.
Drink plenty of water in a day to flush out excess toxins from body.
