hi good morning my son is 6 years old but my son's private part skin it's not open till date what I do.

If you never try to open the area. Then now you need a help of expert because it will not get opened normally. You should first consult with your paediatrician and then doctor will advise you the doctor to whom you have to consult about it. And with the help of Dr it can be opened and it is very necessary to do it fast and clean it properly.
