Hi,good morning Dr. My baby will turn 6 months on 22/02/2021.which baby food is good for my baby.cerlac is good for him?rice/wheat?

A. Hi parent Ceralac can be made at home And home made ceralac is very good She can be given easy to digest food initially. Soups , probiotics , meshes of fruits and cooked vegetables , some easy to digest semi solids cannbe given Don't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
