hi good afternoon my child is 6 years and above 5 months completed his weight doesn't gain.. he eats well and enjoys Ghar ka khana then to his weight doesn't gain Suggest me

Then if your child is eating well then it could probably be due to a nutritional deficiency that your child is not gaining weight as per the age kindly get a check with your doctor to understand on this and accordingly they can help you with right supplements to start with
