Q.
Hi from last two days my son is crying a lot..I am not sure does he have gastric related issue ... or something else is bothering him.

Colic in babies is a very common issue and it's matter of concern for parents as the baby is extremely irritable and inconsolable by most of the means. Exclusive breastfeeding with a proper bupring and keeping the baby in an upright position will be helpful. Antiflatulence medicine like semithicone , probioticfrs and enzyme preparations may be helpful. Maternal lifestyle and dietary habbits are also contributory and important.
