Feed your baby only on demand healthy homemade foods like small quantities of ragi or homemade Cerelac, mashed bananas, apple purée, daal or chaaval paani or any easily digestible homemade foods. Give sips of water in between meals. Continue breastfeeding. Do cycling movements with both the baby’s legs to relieve from gastric discomfort.
