Hello mom they are many supplements in Ayurveda and also homeopathy as well you can take that as well .. also certain foods apart from a balanced diet and a filling meal you can give take garlic , oats , flax seeds , drumstick or fenugreek leaves , dry fruits , panjiri, milk , jeera or ajwain or saunf water
