hi friends i am mother of 6 month baby actually my weight is 47 kg i am becoming too lien when i am breastfeeding after that i feel too weak ....how to gain weight feeling weak i am taking foods normally i just avoided fruits last 2 months because of cold season..not even one fruit i didn't take ..that it cause adverse effect on my weight?
