Q.

Hi friends and doctors, my son is 4.9 years and he is not gaining weight but his height is increasing.His weight is 12.5 kg. i am very much worried about it. Could someone help me with a diet chart or plan to increase his body weight. Thank you!

A. Weight gain in a child is a good indicator for proper health of the child and there should be a regular weight gain as per the age of the child. if there is not a proper weight gain it can be because of many factors and three most important causes are Baby not taking enough calories Baby d is not absorbing the enough calories which the baby is taking Baby is burningf too many calories . So a proper assessment is very important to know the cause regarding this .

A. Hello dear parent! Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Serve cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Consult your child’s doctor for advice on vitamin and nutritional deficiency. Good luck and take care.
