hi friends .. am in need of your guidance ..plz help.. I stopped my breastfeeding when my son became 1year old.. after tat I stopped ..NW after 2months I feel my breast heavy..I expressed milk by hand ..5ml milk would have come.. can I start feeding again? why this happens? my left breast became lite after expressing by hand..BT right side little bit heavy.. I don't know wat to do..plz guide me..

Yes this is normal
Little milk can come from breast even after u stop breastfeeding the baby.
It will stop on its own. No need to worry about this. Take care
