hi frds I am now 7 weeks pregnant can eat elephant yam?

AnishaMom of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. u can boil completely, throw off the water. let someone taste it to see if it's itchy & then u can decide. I didn't eat at all during my pregnancy. there are other fibrous foods available too.

Ma’am I’m not really very sure as to what an elephant yam is but you can consult your gynaecologist before you eat it because certain names Are very tricky and you know it’s very difficult to suggest that immediately so please consult your gynaecologist or a nutritionist before you start eating it
