Q.

hi, for me from starting i am having low milk supply and my baby is on mixed feed.now my baby is 5 months old and my milk stopped completely.can you please suggest how i can increase my milk supply?

A. You can start raking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and drink a glass of water after feeding the baby and massage your breast towards nipple or use a breast pump and eat a nutritious diet
