hi experts today I came here with big hope. I m too much worried about black blemishes on my face it got very dark it was due to pregnancy but today my son is one year old but my face didn't clear. Even I took medicine from skin expert. My skin got changed when I was taking medicine but when I stop to take medicine it's going dull with blemishes now please sugges

eat protein rich diet.
take multivitamin supplements regularly and protein rich diet
