Hi experts I have one of my friends having such a issue his 18 months baby, And as for the prescribed doctor we had MRI report which I have attached attached in this question will you please take a look and let us know how critical the situation is

A. he already meet the doctor they are saying this would need operation "big operation" process and that alarm me.

A. good evening it will be best to try to consult a local treating doctor who can also physically examine your friend so that the doctor would be able to give you a better advice after examination
