Hi Experts I have delivered (via vaginal) the baby two months back. and I am facing a severe constipation, it's very painful. I am eating all the homemade food like simple chapati sabzi dal rice. not eating anything junk. can anyone help me why this is happening? how to overcome ?

A. take Isabgol husk in milk morning and night and drink warm water water.

A. It’s common after vaginal delivery. Please use a laxative after consulting with doctor. It will subside with the passage of time.
