hi everyone please let me know which is the best time for walking in a day to reduce weight (morning or afternoon or evening or at night )please give me some tips

A. hi there is no specific guide lines for this. but it is better to go for walk in morning. don't use vehicle for short distance. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more increase your fluid intake. drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
