hi everyone,my son is 7 year old he suddenly gain weight about 5kg in 2to 3month is that ok??he eat sweets and offcourse eats package food

Maam you are very right in estimating evaluating the reason behind the weight if your child is going to have too much of packet food and sweets it is going to lead to extra weight and small time and which is very unhealthy because these things actually increase the fat level and cholesterol in the body and not good at all so I would suggest you to avoid giving packaged food and all to the child and sweets should also be given in moderation
