Q.

Hi everyone, my son is 5 years and 9 months but he is not able to speak some words fluently which includes d,t,s,r letters. If I try to correct him mentioning how to say and how to use tongue he will speak slowly and correct himself but that is only for that particular time later he speaks same way can anyone suggest what to do.

A. sure mam thanks a lot for ur response I am feeling little better now knowing that I am in the right way to teach him. and am trying to teach him in my mother tongue also.

A. Ma’am what you are doing right now is the best solution and actually the correct way to deal with the situation kids can have difficult pronunciation in terms of words alphabets and some Hindi or English letters but with regular practice things will work so the problem when you faced the particular alphabet try to use alphabet more and more in the conversation make your child right and read those things and alphabets and words 1010 1515 times in a day so slowly you will see that automatically the pronunciation will get better the child will have a better pick up on those alphabets that’s a common problem you are free just need to work a little hard towards that

A. My son also face the same problem for six year but know he is correcting himself. Is he going to school teach him alphabet sounds regularly which sound he is speaking wrongly tell the difference between the that letter and other letter so he regularly follow. I think that is not physical or psychological problem so give him some time . and also teach him your mother tounge language it easier then english. If any other ideas ask your doctor for help.
