Hi everyone. my child is 2.4 years old and he is having behavioural issue like lack of interest, eye contact and he is not speaking a single word. It seems he is having autism problem. pls advice, how i can solve this issue

A. Hello, your baby boy is 2.4 years old and if he doesn’t concentrate or shows no interest in his surroundings then it’s very premature to say him an autistic boy just wait till he is 3/4 years old and till then try to train him for every angle
