Hi everyone, Last week I saw a few little bumps on my baby face is anyone please let me know what this is ? and I am attaching a image for your reference. please let me know

A. Teething may have started to happen because of that suddenly ruling increases with a child which can often lead to this kind of a situation currently I would recommend to apply calamine lotion which would be really very good for you to use I am quite healthy enough
