Hi everyone, currently am 28 weeks pregnant... This is my second pregnancy.. First one c section... On my today's visit to Dr, she said baby is in breech position... Is this not good? I don't know anything about it.. Anybody know this? What should I do so that my baby position changes...

breech presentation indicates that baby has head up and legs down if this position remains at the time of delivery e then you may need Caesarean only

Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Stay hydrated
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Wash hands often before touching your baby
