Q.

Hi, Every month during my periods for 4 days there will be only brown or black spotting only when I use the washroom after the 4th day the flow starts so when should I consider my periods after 4 days or as soon as I see the spotting Please give you the opinion Thank you

A. When your periods starts like the flow from their you have to count your days like that will be considered the first day of your periods and it’s not normal to have four days spotting so better check with your gynaecologist

A. Spotting is usually taken as an indication the period is about to come so when it starts to flow properly that’s when you should consider it as a ride date but at the same time I would recommend you to consult your gynaecologist to know what maybe the situation as a lot of times this situation is evidently seen due to hormonal disturbance that first there is spot and then period
