Q.

Hi.. Emergency please... My daughter is 4 years old. Since one month she is suffering from stomach pain and also anal pain. We consulted multiple doctors and she has been given 3 course of antibiotics. Even the ultra sound scan is also done. As per the scan report, "multiple enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes noted in the right iliac fossa and peri umbilical region largest measuring 14x7.5 mm". Later again after a week of medication also did the motion and culture test... As per the culture test report, "No pathogens grown in culture". As per the motion test report, all are nil except pH which is 6 and pus cells are 2-4. Even now she is on antibiotics but still she is having the pain... Please advice...

A. Yes doctor I understand that but it's already been a month and moreover in just one month 3 course of antibiotics for 4 year old baby is more right... Is there anything that we can do as a home remedy?

A. many times such type of infections take a long time and sometimes it also depends upon the pain sensitivity of the child but it can continue for 15 to 20 days also
