Hi Dr. shall i give cow milk from next week as they are completing 1year?

A. yes you may start with cow milk as the baby turns one yr.. at the beginning diluting for some days then without diluting.... gradually increase the intake... you may add dry fruits as cashew almonds walnuts in paste or powdered form...
