Hi Dr Plz suggest me some cream or an ointment for extreme nappy rashes...

Baby Ji 6 months of age having nappy rashes It is quite common that small babies will be having diaper rashes if you do not maintain hygiene properly you have to clean it with lukewarm water apply silo derm ointment stop using dapper till the rashes will heal

Boroplus Most of the things are easily available at home only so you can go for Boroline as well because that’s mostly available with everybody at home otherwise Desi ghee or coconut oil is also a good option but I would say would be the best want to go for
