hi Dr. plz suggest me can i give oats with formula milk for my 15 month old baby it's healthy for her??

set the meal plan as
breakfast as poha cheela upma suji halwa dosa idly uthapam cornflakes chocos
mid morning any fruits
lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad
evening snacks as vegetable cutlet potato tikka bread pakoda
dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
