hi Dr our baby left eye has more watery than right .Yellow pus in the morning only left eye..it was there by birth.Can you guide us what we should do

A. baby is now 3 months old so you should know that if baby I duct is blocked then you have to massage the inner corner of eye but as there is yellow liquid coming out then it means I infection has already happened please consult your pediatrician
