Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. in case of stomach pain you can give domstal to your baby according to the symptoms of the baby you need to take further advice from your available pediatrician nearby which will be a better approach in such a case

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes ,it could be Infection or it happens because of indigestion,fast eating habit or not chewing food properly. so first ,make sure your child chew food well. Give food in small bites give Natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more do not force feed or overfeed your child do not allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially at meal time
