Hi dr....my daughter she is 8 years and 8 months old , she gets tired very soon and don't want study too , she feels lazy and only wants to lay down the whole day....what should I include in her diet , please advice me

A. Namaste MOm Home made fresh foods and natural foods should be included in their diet as such. include foods such as dry fruits , nuts and seeds, eggs, dals, chana , lobia etc seasonal fruits , vegetables, coconut water etc get her into a routine and be involved in some form of physical activity as such like outdoor games etc
