Q.

Hi Dr. My daughter is 6 months old and she was started on semisolid foods...Intially I started with home made rice porridge ,but she is not eating, then I started apple puree..that also she is not accepting...i am so much confused about feeding her...

A. pretty common.. keel trying, gradually she will take Or accept it.. Start by offering small amounts of solids once a day.. preffer day time to feed. Follow three day rule. Give mashed boiled Moong Daal, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge. Give vegetables such as pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree, and fruits puree like pears, avocado, apple, ripe banana, papaya
