Q.

Hi Dr,,, my daughter is 4.5yrs old had fever with chills on n off urine routine is done..got ketones+ve... Is it a worry?

A. if the child is suffering from fever along with chills it may be because of some infection so the child is not having pus cells in the urine test you should not worry ketones just because of fasting
