hi dr my daughter is 3 years 10 months old she is loss of appetite dr recommend iron syrup ferrogloblin after using she had loose motions. my question is im using haem up iron syrup can I also use this to my daughter. syrup image is attached

No Maam you should not use it without consulting the doctor and also with the previous medicine if your child has got loose motion though it is never heard of that iron supplements cause loose motion but still you should confirm with the doctor as of now I will not advise you to use the one you are using for yourself
