hi dr my baby last month 17 th suffered with covid after negative also. from that day onwards he suffers with vomiting once a day or 2 days when giving food like as gut reflex please suggest any

Give Good amount of rich and a good basically fluids to the child introduce coconut water to your child on an every day basis like a compulsion that has to be because more what are your child will have your child will feel much better and gradually over the period your child’s appetite and diet will resume to normal as it was
