hi Dr my baby is having loose motions and had sever rash on baby bump it's been 5days we have consulted doctor and he prescribed enterogermina, z &d drops,t bact cream ,cutisoft cream. conducted stool test and it was normal but motions were not controlled

such things take time
but please maintain good Hydration throughout the day
avoid giving new food items for now
compelete the course of medicine as per your doctor's prescription
give curd, Buttermilk more
