hii my 6 month old child is on teething and he is suffering from loose motions and dipper rash too

Hi babies suffer from loose motions during the teething phase due to stomach infection as kid's tend to put everything in mouth to get relief from itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth. please try to maintain proper cleanliness of the objects used by your child.
