Hi dr my baby is 4mnth and 24 days still he has nt gain weight

Author of questionGuardian of a 3 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Dr my baby is on top feed i m giving formula milk every 3 hrs ie 120 ml at a time after burp also he puks for a hr or so so i m bit worried y it happens ..
i burp him while sitting on my lap if i make him take burp in upright position he puks too much of milk ..He is 4 mnths and 28 days ..Is anything to worry his born weight was 2.75 wat should be his ideal weight now ..

babies weight gain depends on their birth weight
usually they gain 250 to 500g per month
so ideally , your child should have weight between 4 to 6 kg
if a child weighs low , please make sure your child get enough milk or not.
feed your child on each breast atleast 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight
give gentle massage with Babyhug Coconut oil
