hi Dr. my baby is 3 yeàrs old. he is having always constipation problem. pls advice any syrup for that. his weight iß àlso 13.5 kg , any syrup for giving weight and syrup also hàve vitamin ànd calcium.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. can be due to organic so. constipation or hard stools is common in babies . Change diet habits . Avoid junk food . Give fibre rich diet like green leafy vegetables, palak , cauliflower etc . And fruits like papaya apple etc . Give plenty of water and other fluids also .
