Hi dr my baby is 20 months old , after we taken her 20 month vaccine a hard lump develop in her thigh region 4 days before pl lease suggest us what can we do for this painfull lump any ointment application etc

A. after vaccination hard lump appeared on the vaccine area you can use ice cube rub on the area to reduce swelling it will go in some time take care
