Hi Dr., my baby is 2 months old. can I start cow milk along with breast feed from now onwards. if yes, how much should it be diluted. thanks

A. no Ma'am you cannot give cow's milk to the baby at this stage. it contains certain proteins that cannot be digested by the baby at this stage. other than breastmilk only formula milk can be given only to the baby till completion of six months. ideally you must eat well and frequently breastfeed. that is best for your baby .
