Hi Dr, my baby is 2 months old and she is lately passing yellowish greenish loose stool. even she makes constipated face while urinating. Also I see mucous in stool. please advice.

A. green colour motion indicates that the baby is not feeding well or it may be annuy infection also so if there are any other associated problem like fever ,vomiting then you should consult your doctor .
