hi dr ,my baby girl is 5years 6months .I noticed her poop is pale yellow combined with pale green colour and her stools are bit hard from past 15 days and no other abnormal symptoms.ehat is the reason behind this colour

offer her luje warm water to drink to avoid constipation. .ok
