hi dr my baby boy was 6 month old and giving solid food to him shall I introduce Greenpeace and carrot and beetroot puree to him is this good for him pls give me suggestion dr pls pls

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. wait for green peas now.. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge. .
